Inside your download
Version 1.2 · 4 guided worksheets · 16 editable text fields, plus instructions, a fictional worked example, and a single-business license.
Industry audience and educational purpose
Choose a practical documentation or industry-learning question. Identify the source supporting each statement and avoid unsupported credential, compliance or project-result claims.
Prompts include: Audience: project coordinators, field staff, owners or inspection teams / question; Useful takeaway / source organization, publication, date and link; Three topics: drawing references, field records, material coordination or closeout; Channel / educational goal / qualified review needed / claims to verify.
30-day industry learning calendar
For each entry record date, topic, format, source, author and review status. Examples are topic prompts, not instructions for performing technical work.
Prompts include: Week 1: source-reference or RFI topics / dates / format / author / reviewer; Week 2: photo captions or daily-record topics / dates / format / author / reviewer; Week 3: material records or closeout topics / dates / format / author / reviewer; Week 4 and days 29–30: industry-resource spotlight or reader questions / dates / review status.
Educational post brief and permissions
Use a fictional or permission-cleared example. Check image rights and project confidentiality, distinguish education from project-specific advice and link to the original source.
Prompts include: Topic / industry audience / channel / planned date; Opening question / useful explanation / source link / limits or context; Original or permitted image / project disclosure approval / identifiable details removed; Call to read, ask or learn / working destination link / technical and publication approval.
Reader feedback and next learning topic
Record actual observations and questions. A click does not establish understanding, a project outcome or a sale; compare equivalent periods.
Prompts include: Published links / publication and observation dates / source corrections; Available reach and clicks / relevant questions or service inquiries / unknown metrics; What readers found unclear / technical correction needed / reviewer / response reference; Next educational topic or format / source to verify / owner / review date.
A fictional industry example
Fictional example: Stonebridge Civil Resources plans eight posts in October: two explaining drawing revision references, two on useful field-photo captions, a submittal record example, a closeout checklist example, a link to FHWA learning resources and a reader FAQ. A fictional drainage-project photo diagram avoids disclosing client information. Each technical statement is checked against its linked source and routed for appropriate review. At month end the team records 18 resource-page visits and two questions about photo indexing; purchases and learning outcomes are unknown. The next post addresses those questions without claiming certified training or improved compliance.

What is not included
No Excel, Word, or pre-made PDF files, spreadsheet formulas, attached-file storage, cloud sync, integrations, automated reminders, AI, or future updates are included. These are documentation and planning aids. They do not provide engineering services, inspection, certification, acceptance decisions, or technical advice.
